A group of business owners and associates have graded our city council , With the exception of a few predictable stars (A+ Ric McIver and an A for Andre Chabot) the majority of council has failed to past this years test. Our city leadership is atrocious , bent on increased spending and control over the people of the city through property tax and service fees. The only reasonable person in the group appears to be Ric McIver , who time and time again ask council to re-think new spending programs or to find more creative ways of raising money then higher taxes.
